This Florida 6-year-old was abducted and briefly held captive, Miami police say, before she managed to escape. Police say the suspect was arrested on multiple charges, including kidnapping.

    One time I was at the park, my mom has always been terrified of me and my brother being out of sight from her when in public. I was in the swings and she was watching nearby. Then some old guy was walking by. He saw me and stopped walking and just stared at me. Of course I was terrified, He started like talking to me but I had been taught to ignore strangers specially if they said anything like "come with me I have…" I ran over to my mom and hid behind her and he said one last thing which I don't remember what it was and then left. It was one of those old guys who give you the creeps whenever you see them near you(even though some aren't bad). I don't know what would've happened if my mom wasn't so close to where I was playing:/

    A man in an 18 wheeler tried to kidnap my older sister when she was playing outside by herself my mom came out and screamed for my sister to run and the neighbor called the police they never found him either

    What a beautiful baby girl, I’m so glad she was able to protect herself! What a great mom teaching her at a young age that the world unfortunately, isn’t always rainbows and puppies 😢

    We try to teach our kids how to protect themselves if this happens. Knowing it happened to other kids but not thinking it would really happen to ours. I’m happy this child had a fight in her for this abduction. Praying for her to sleep well and have a good life ahead.
