The Supreme Council of the Colleges announced the approval of the Ministry of Housing, Facilities and Urban Communities to allocate a 150-acre piece of land to the capital’s gardens, to establish a campus for the Helwan University.
And the upper assembly of the universities held the regular meeting, under the supervision of Dr. Ayman Aşour, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the presence of Dr. Mustafa رفعت امين المجلس, and the members of the council, and it is located in the city of Cairo.

Dr. Ayman Ashour expressed his happiness in celebrating the Diamond Jubilee of the Supreme Council of Universities on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of its establishment, stressing the importance of the council and the various sectors that include large scientific bodies to contribute to supporting the efforts to improve the educational system in Egyptian universities, citing the need to continue developing study programs in various sectors to improve the quality of the educational process in accordance with global trends, to ensure the qualification of graduates able to meet the needs of the contemporary and future labor market.
