One of the regions of Russia saw a non-addicted state, after which he was found responsible for the enforcement of child support for a strange attempt by a man to avoid paying child support.

The official explained to the website of “Audit Central” that the man was changing his name completely every year, he tried to evade his financial obligations towards the child, and after a year, he changed his original name and repeated the process again, in an attempt to settle his debts.

But the attempt did not succeed, as the registration office informs the enforcement service of any changes in the names, which does not prevent individuals from using this method to evade financial responsibility.

The official pointed out that this case is not unique, as the Russian authorities have recorded other strange attempts, such as claiming to be a widower to avoid alimony or falsifying the results of nuclear tests.

The local authorities confirmed that these strange tricks reflect the level of stubbornness of some individuals in trying to avoid family and financial responsibilities, stressing the importance of coordinating data rules between government agencies to ensure the protection of children’s rights.

She explained that the law is strict in the matter of collection of expenses, and that any attempt to manipulate names or provide misleading information will never succeed.
