The court decided to imprison Muhammad Ramadan for two years, in the case number 9213 for the year 2025, on the background of the song “Raqm Wahid or Ansass” via the official channels on YouTube without obtaining the necessary permits from the competent authorities.
The details of the incident come back to the accusation of Muhammad Ramadan, and the author is audio-visual without the permission of the Ministry of Culture, which did not drive the concerned parties to bring him to trial in front of the Criminal Court.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Al-Jandi, the lawyer of the artist Muhammad Ramadan, explained in a special statement to “Al-Qahira 24”, that the incident based on which the lawsuit is based on the publication of the song on YouTube without obtaining the required permission, confirming that the reconciliation has already been done after the first court hearings are scheduled to be held on November 6.
Al-Jandi added that the defense body will be presented to the court with all the benefits of reconciliation and the end of the conflict between Ramadan and the competent authorities, pointing out that the lawsuit will end the law with reconciliation.
