The visit came to follow the progress of the project, and to see the rates of completion, and to review the final finishing works, in preparation for the start of the provision of medical services, as part of the minister’s desire to follow up the field of national health projects, with the aim of developing the infrastructure of medical facilities, and ensuring the provision of integrated and high-quality health services to the Egyptian citizen, in line with the vision of “Egypt 2030”.
Dr. Hussam Abdul Ghafar, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that Al-Abor Specialist Hospital covers an area of 16,700 square meters, with a clinical capacity of up to 200 beds.
The official spokesman confirmed that Dr. Sharif Mustafa will speed up the pace of work and final construction during the visit, to ensure that the hospital starts operating as soon as possible, stressing the strategic importance of the project due to its location close to the new administrative capital and the main roads, which improves accessibility and meets the needs of citizens.
