Authorities in Los Angeles confirmed the death of the Filipino-American “Tik Tok” star Iman Atinza, who committed suicide inside her home at the age of 19.
According to the documents issued by the Medical Examiner’s Office in the province of Los Angeles, the incident took place on October 22, 2025, while his real name was Emmanuel Atinza.
And the late young woman bravely shared with her followers the details of her long battle with bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts and bullying, saying in a previous post on Instagram that her awareness of wanting to end her life was “resistant to treatment”, and that she has been fighting these disorders since the age of 12, according to British newspaper Mirror.

Atinza achieved wide fame through social media, reaching 856 thousand followers on “Tik Tok” with about 50 million likes, as well as more than 218 thousand followers on Instagram.

And her mother, Felisiana, said in an effective statement: “I can’t believe that everyone feels that they are dead. We will honor them with compassion and courage and a lot of kindness.”
