هل حساء المجوهرة مع وجودة نية التلاق?.. عمرو الورداني يجيب

Dr. Omar al-Wardani, Ameen Al-Futwa of Egypt, confirmed that the issue of marriage with the intention of divorce is a question that cannot be addressed in the full context.

Al-Wardani said, during the episode of the program “with the people”, Al-Zhaa on the channel of the people, today Wednesday: “The marriage in Islam is based on the intention of continuation and continuation, and not on the intention of breaking up beforehand, therefore, the intention of divorce at the time of marriage is a corrupt intention and is not permitted by the law”.

He explained that when the mufti asks this question, he should not answer it with a general answer, because there are people who might use the fatwa wrongly, saying: “The news in the fatwa proved that this type of question is sometimes used to justify illegal actions, or to challenge the health of the last marriage, so you should be careful.”

He confirmed that the ruling in this case is divided into two parts: “before marriage: who wants to divorce when he marries, he is forbidden to marry with this intent, because the intent here conflicts with the purposes of marriage in the Islamic law.. after marriage: if the marriage is done with this intent, the marriage is valid in itself as long as it fulfills the legal requirements, and the intent of the corrupt intent does not affect the validity of the contract, but the blame falls on the owner of the intent.”

Beware of such sensitive issues, it is necessary to return to the scholars and the people of the exclusion when talking about marriage and divorce issues, because it entails serious social and religious effects.
