İsraa Al-Mohammadi, reported by Xtra news channel from Al-Khajri city in Al-Wadi governorate, said that the polls opened at nine o’clock in the morning, with the start of the second and last day of the runoff in the 2025 Senate elections, according to the schedule set by the National Elections Authority.
“إسراء” added, in statements via Xtra News channel, that the electoral process began at the specified time without delay, after communicating with the governor’s office, confirming that the turnout was limited in the early hours compared to yesterday, Lafata, adding that this may return to the early time, expecting an increase in turnout as the hours of the day progress.
وتعابت, that the new governorate of Al-Wadi has a voting block of more than 190,000 voters, divided into 60 sub-committees and a single general committee, and the governorate works to provide all the necessary facilities and procedures to ensure the smoothness of the electoral process and the ease of getting voters to the polling station.
İsraa Al-Muhammadi confirmed during her coverage that the election center in Al-Wadi Governorate was fully prepared, in terms of logistical and organizational readiness, to ensure the electoral process is in line with the national interest, while providing all the means to facilitate voting, especially for the elderly and those with special needs.
