The Egyptian International Trading Company “EIT” will be the exclusive local representative of the Kia brand in Egypt, to reveal a wide variety of electric cars, during an official event organized by the company during the month of December.
And the local representative revealed the date of the new electric model for the first time locally, so that it will be on December 9, 2025 of the current year.
We will show through the following report the most prominent electric cars offered by the Kia brand globally:
Kia EV5
The new electric EV5 is 4.61 m long, with a 2.75 m long wheelbase, and offers space for five passengers, while the trunk capacity ranges between 566 and 1650 liters, along with an additional 44 liters in the front trunk.
On the driving side, the EV5 car is based on a 160 kilowatt/218 hp electric motor, which drives it at a maximum speed of 165 km/s.
The car is equipped with an 81.4 kilowatt hour battery, which provides a range of up to 530 kilometers.
Kia EV4
The new EV4 offers a positive electric drive on the front axle with a power of 150 kilowatts/204 hp.
The electric car is available with a battery of 58.3 kilowatt hours, which allows a range of up to 440 km, or a battery of 81.4 kilowatt hours, which provides a range of up to 625 km.
Although Kia relies on a 400-volt voltage system instead of the 800-volt system used in its top models, the larger battery can be charged from 10 to 80% in 31 minutes under ideal conditions.
Kia EV9
The new EV9 GT is based on a 374 kilowatt/508 horsepower electric drive system on the four wheels, which includes a 218 horsepower front axle electric drive and a 367 horsepower rear axle.
With this power, the car accelerates seven times from stability to 100 km/s within 6-4 seconds, while the maximum speed reaches 220 km/s.

Kia EV6
The new EV6 car is based on a 125 kilowatt/170 hp or 168 kilowatt/229 hp or 239 kilowatt/325 hp engine.
