The organization expressed its enthusiasm for this important development in the process of enhancing the working environment in Egypt, and it was written in the organization’s manifesto: “The Egyptian Parliament passed the new labor law, which is a pivotal step to promote social justice and protect the rights of approximately 30 million workers, and the law supports balanced labor relations and ensures a decent working environment, including fair wages, social protection, and safe working conditions.

It was developed through a comprehensive social dialogue, and in accordance with the international labor standards of the International Labor Organization, and it was also published in the publication: said the Minister of Labor, Muhammad Gibran, during his speech in front of the parliament after the final approval of the law: It is truly legitimate to be satisfied with the construction of the new republic.
