The atmosphere of the launch of the project Sakura Gardens by HRE Development includes well-known names, turning the meeting into a space full of conversations about calmness, family, and the ways in which each person finds a moment of balance amid the fast pace of life.
وسام بريدي led the project as CEO of the company, explaining that the move is not a sudden transition as much as it is a natural part of his path, and he said: “Daimāً the economy is present in my life… and this step is almost like a year and text with the company.”
Sakura Gardens project
The project is similar to Sakura or cherry blossom, and it is designed to combine nature and daily comfort. وسام بريدي pointed out: “المشروع منه landscape وبناية… 50,000 meters, 50% of it landscaping and car free.”
The philosophy of the place is based on the exclusion of cars from shared spaces, to transform the area into a safe community similar to the environment of the country. He added: “The baby who has children is important to be married… بتحس ولادك كانهم عيشين بالضيعة.”
وعن البركين قال: “مساحة العرض كهلها تحتها parkings… تكتب تكن المساحة الخازنة كلها للناس.”
