The visit was organized by the General Authority for Industrial Development, in cooperation with the 10th of Ramadan congregation.
The visitation activities began at the headquarters of the Investors’ Association, in the presence of Engineer Alaa Abd al-Lah Mustafa, President of the Development Authority of the 10th City of Ramadan, Doctor Mohii Hafez, Vice President of the Investors’ Association, Mr. Ayman Reza, General Secretary of the Investors’ Association, Mr. Ahmad Al-Qadi, Director of the Promotion Department of the General Industrial Development Authority, Mr. Younis Qadiri, Manager of Wafa Bank, and Engineer Adil Ismail, Secretary of the Investors’ Association.
During the meeting, he welcomed the engineer علاء عبد الله مصطفى بالوفد, confirming that the 10th city of Ramadan is one of the largest and most important industrial cities in Egypt, and it forms a successful model for integrated development, where it combines advanced infrastructure, an attractive investment climate, and attention to residential and social services.
He added that the city is not limited to industrial activity only, but attaches great importance to providing housing units suitable for all categories, as well as developing a modern transportation network that includes the electric train (LRT) that connects the city to the governorates of Cairo, East and West, as well as lines for transporting goods and a dry port that enhances trade traffic.
On his part, Dr. Mohii Hafez highlighted the investment opportunities provided by the Egyptian state to investors, pointing out that the 10th of Ramadan includes the largest number of factories at the level of the Republic, and has extensive investment opportunities supported by tax exemptions and incentives under the investment law.
The visit concluded with a field meeting that included a number of major factories in the city, where the delegation showed great admiration for what they saw from the advanced infrastructure, and the high level of industrial organization, the Arabs expressed their desire to benefit from the Egyptian experience in the development of industrial cities in their country, and to strengthen cooperation with Egypt in the fields of industrial development.
