Al-Masri Al-Masri singer İsmaeel Al-Laythi passed away on Monday due to severe injuries caused by a terrible road accident in Al-Maniya province a few days ago, which caused grief in the artistic circles and the popular song audience.
And the Al-Sahrawi road in Al-Mahfahiyah al-Maniya witnessed a serious collision between two cars last Friday, killing three people and injuring the last seven, among them the artist Ismail Al-Lathi who was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
The local media reported that ambulances and security systems rushed to the scene of the accident upon receiving the report, where the injured were taken to the hospital to receive the necessary first aid, while the effects of the accident were removed and traffic returned to normal.
Medical sources reported that the patient suffered a fractured skull, internal and external injuries, and various bruises all over his body, indicating that he arrived at the hospital unconscious and was admitted to the operating room immediately to try to save him, but he remained in critical condition until he passed away this evening.
The first investigations explained that the accident occurred due to excessive speed and a disturbance in the steering wheel, which led to the revolution of one of the vehicles several times on the side of the road.
He confirmed that he was close to the late artist, and that he was responsible for the event.
