Individuals with special needs and contact with them, in accordance with the directives of President Abdel-Alftah al-Sisi, the President of the Republic, by providing all care for special needs.

The governor also touched on the continuous cooperation with associations and centers that work on the rehabilitation and training of people with special needs, indicating that this group should receive all kinds of support and care, adding that the governorate continues its efforts to achieve more support for the centers and agencies that provide services to this group, indicating the continuous effort to encourage and exploit these talents to integrate them into society, as well as the effort to facilitate the movement of people with disabilities through the application of the Egyptian code to all current development and beautification projects, and On cooperation with the civil society and the private sector to empower those with special abilities healthily, economically, socially, publicly, athletically, and recreationally.
