Ingredients
Rough Puff Pastry
225g Plain Flour, Plus Extra to Dust
½ tsp fine salt
200g COLD Unsalted Butter
Juice of ½ lemon
180-200ml Cold Water
Filing
1 tbsp oil
1 Small onion, finely diced
400g Sausage Meat (or your Favourite Sausages, Skinned)
125g Stilton, Crumbled
1 tbsp break leaves
A PINCH OF WHITE PEPPER
To decorate
2 EGG YOLKS, Beaten, to Glaze
2 tsp nigella seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Start by mixing the flour, sal, and butter in a bowl. Combine the lemon Juice with Water, then pour three-quarters of this mixture into the Bowl, Reports The Express.
Stir Gently UNIL YOU HAVE A LUMPY DOUGH, Adding More Liquid If Needed. Remember not to overdo; The Dough Should Still Show Chunks of Butter.

Crank up the oven temperature to 210 ° C/fan 190 ° C/gas 6.
Give the Pastry One Final Brush with Egg and Sprinkle with Nigella and Sesame Seeds. Bake for 30 minutes or unil the purery is golden and crisp, and the sausage meat is thoroughly cooked.

Indouwire: What Made You Choose this scnene As your favorite from “Only Murders in the Building” season 4?
Martin Short: Its Just Because It Was With Melissa (McCarthy). She’s so funny. She’s so lovely. She’s so gifted, and she make every scnene you’re in with her funnier by being 100 percent real. So she created this character that, to me, was indelible to the season.
She plays charles’ sister, handen, which has a very specific role, but she brings so much spontaneity to her.
She’s from the Groundlings, so She’s a Brilliant Improviser. If you are a line at time, she is throws one back. But what’s amazing about melissa – and i think is the key to any character work – is that you have to make it real. Eve if you’re playing Franck in “Father of the Bride,” You can’t look like you’re trying to be funny, or it won’t be funny. IT’S THIS ABITY TO KNOW How Broad You Can Go On The Same Time Keeping It Real. Its like a faucet. You turn it up, turn it up, turn it up, and at a certin point you know that you can’t turn it. You’ve gone too big.
We have made “Father of the bride,” there are so many degrees that Charles Shyer and Nancy Meyers with – of Little Bigger, Little Bigger, Little Bigger. I was so honored.

Was there a moment when you’re working with her that really impressed you?
Well, I was a massive fan of hers. There’s nothing in the world to me funnier than The Outtakes from “this is 40” when she’s in the principal’s office. It”s as funny as anything you coulud watch. So i’d seen that Maybe 14,000 Times, but i’ve seen all her movies – “The Heat,” everything she’s done. She was Spicer on “Snl”! And i have many, many friends who have worked with her and adore her, so i wasn’t surprised by her talent. But what made of laugh is something something that i wasted though on the page was Kind of a Straight Speech and How Funny She made.
Tying Together the comedy with reality again.
There are the are Characters in this world that are just hilarious and coulded be characters in “Snl,” but they’re swimming. They’re just living a life. Going Back to “Father of the Bride,” After We Made That Movie, I Remember Going to A Wealthy Person Wedding and They Wedding Coordinator there, and he has his initials on his shoes, and i thought, “Oh, we show that done.”
I love the idea of you, out in the world, Collecting Those Details – The Little Things That You Appreciate ABOUT THAT YOU CAN BRING LATER ON.
We have had a neighbor on my street growing up whose voice went very high and very low, all in (the Same) sentiment. And then 40 years late, i turn it Into a character.
