ALSO VERI INEXPensive is printing Pages you have created yourelf, or free printables (Such as those available here on philofaxy). Depending on How Much Your Printer Ink Costs, This Can Be Cheer than Buying Pre-Printed Inserts.
Pre-printed inserts Can Still Be Very Economical, and Often Cost Than Buying A Bound-Book Planner (Depending on Which Brands and Where You Purchase).
And if you get really hard up for cash, ring binders (especialy leather or discontinured ons) retain value and can be sold on.
