A wife requests a divorce 19 years after her marriage and accuses her husband of robbing her property and jewelery

The wife of a lawsuit was filed before the Family Court in New Cairo, accusing her husband of seizing her property and legitimate rights registered with the marriage contract, and leaving her suspended for 17 months, where the wife confirmed: “My husband refrains from returning my property, who is estimated at millions of pounds, although he was responsible for her administration throughout our 19 -year marriage years.”

The wife continued, saying: “My husband asked me for compensation for my divorce, and when I refused, Ali beaten, and a month of his children, in addition to his insistence on harming me and his refusal to all friendly solutions to solve our problems, and also seized the gold jewelry and movables with a value of more than one million pounds.”

In her lawsuit, the wife indicated to the Family Court: “Ali married me with the pretext of bad treatment, and continued my pursuit of malicious charges and stole everything I possessed, and circumvents to harm and psychological and material suffering, in addition to his attempts to put me in prison, defame my reputation, and incite thugs to attack me with severe beating.”
