The New Avengers Just Need a Little More Practice before they Lead a Whole ‘Nother Mission. The Next Two Planned Avengers Movies, Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret WARSwere postposed by Marvel on May 22. Doomsday was original going to be released on May 1, 2026, and, with mess than a year unil that text dates, it was moved to december 18, for Variety. Secret Wars Made a Similar Move, Jumping From May 7, 2027, to December 17 of that year. Both films will be direct by the russo brothers, back to direct their marvel Movies SINCE Avengers: Endgame In 2019, and Co-Star Robert Downey Jr. As Doctor Doom, Alongside a Cast of Thousands.
Additionally, Disney Changed the Titles of Multiple UpComing Films on Its Calendar from “Untitled Marvel Project” to “Untitled Disney Project,” with the February 13, 2026; November 6, 2026; and November 7, 2027, Titles All Altered. Now, The Sole Remaining Marvel Films on the 2026 Calendar Are Doomsday and the upcoming fourth Spider-man film, Brand New DayReleasing July 31, 2026. That Leaves a Yearlong Gap Between The Fantastic 4: First Steps and Brand New DayThe Longest Break in Marvel Movies Since Covid. There are still three separate dates blocked in for 2028 marvel films: February 18, May 5, and November 10. Will One of The Long-Awaited Blade? Statistically speaking, that still seames unlikly.
