An emergency landing of a British plane due to a “cultivation party” on board

A British plane belonging to the Easy Jet flight carried out an emergency landing, due to a “noisy party” on board the plane that forced its commander to divert the path, landing and summon the police, as six young men involved in the party that disturbed the passengers were arrested.

According to a report published by the British newspaper “Metro”, the plane was on its way from “Gatwick” airport in London to Marrakech in Morocco on the 19th of May. And she had to land in the city of Faro in southern Portugal, in order to deal with the group of youth who were holding a celebration on the plane, and it was found that one of them was celebrating his wedding near and “bidding farewell to the life of celibacy”, but the ceremony caused chaos on the plane and ended with it to divert its path and the emergency landing in the middle of the road in Portugal.

The Portuguese police directed the young men who were at the loud “bidding” ceremony of the plane, due to their abusive behavior during the flight, which was forced to divert the path and the emergency landing.

Witnesses also said that two men abused the plane’s crew and continued to smoke and drink alcohol heavily during the flight, although the group received six times warnings of the crew.

The passenger, Aaron Davis, who was traveling on this plane, narrated the development of the events, and said: “They were offended the treatment of employees on the flight. They had a hate tone towards a number of hosts.”

He added: “They were speaking loudly and using a lot of obscene words despite the presence of children on the trip.”

Aaron praised one of the flight attendants who were working on this flight, saying that he had a “professional” and “composure”, during his dealings with the annoying youth.

For his part, a spokesman for the company “Easy Gate” said: “The course of this flight, which was heading from Gatwick Airport in London, was transferred to Marrakech in Morocco on May 19, where it landed in Faru, Portugal, and the police received it upon its arrival due to a riotous behavior of a group of passengers on board. After the passengers left the plane, the plane continued its flight to Marrakech.”

He added: “The hospitality crew has a trainer to evaluate all positions, and they have been active quickly and appropriate to ensure that the safety of the trip and other passengers is not prejudiced at any time.”

He continued: “The safety and welfare of our passengers and our crew is always the priority of Easy Gate, and we do not tolerate any abusive behavior or threat on board.”

Last year, six people were arrested after a fight erupted during a similar party on a plane belonging to the “Ryan Air”.

On another flight of “Easy Gate” in 2018, a group of “celebrated” passengers were expelled from the plane because they “treated the plane as a nightclub,” according to the company at the time.
