Philofaxy: Free for All Friday

My husband and i are Currently rewatching an american sitcom that i love Called My name is earl. It doesn’t featuree a filofax, but the main character does have a list – ‘SO, I made a list of Everything Bad i’ve Ever Done, and one by one i’m make up for all my mistakes. I’m just trying to be a better person. My name is earl ‘. Thankfully I have had a need to make a simillar list, but it has made me Think about lists and if there anything else i’d like to add to my kensington.

My sleeep han’t been that good recently, so i’ve decided to try out something different as a bit of an experiment. Nor i want to get to bed earlier, i’ll instead of an alarm to remind with to start getting ready for bed, and that will be letting mySelf wake up naturally in the morning. I WORK FROM HOME AND AM ON A Completely Flexible Contract, plus i will start to wake anyway as it is getting Lighter in the Mornings. I’m going to kep a list of when i get to bed and wake up, and then will a revix each month to see how it is Working and if i want to adjust anyding.
