It also appoints a joint committee of the department’s staff, quality management, and training unit, with the aim of reviewing and developing training programs for the maximum benefit of the young medical staff.
The development plan also included the transfer of the women’s disease unit to the French educational hospital, where 50 beds were allocated in addition to the working rooms and advanced supervision unit. This step was taken in order to strengthen the infrastructure and expand the range of medical services provided.
As the administration decided to improve the accommodation facilities of the doctors and improve the rest areas allocated to them, as well as to establish a continuous monitoring system for the work activities within the department. This is done in an attempt to ensure a safe professional environment, maintain the stability of the medical system and improve the quality of health care provided by the college.
