فرشاة تستبعد مبابي من قابلة آيسلندا وقود في الكاحل

France’s first football team has announced that it has removed Najma Kylian Mbappe from the team’s list to face Iceland in the European qualifiers for the World Cup 2026, after the player suffered an injury in his right ankle during the match between France and Azerbaijan.

The medical system for the French national team, led by Deidiyeh Dishan, announced that Mbappe will not be able to play the next match due to the continued pain, so the technical manager was expelled from the team without asking for a substitute player.

Mbaba’s resignation came after the Azerbaijan match that ended with France winning 3-0, where the Brazilian star scored the team’s first goal with a great individual effort, before he asked to be changed in the last minutes due to the stress and pain in his ankle that he suffered during Real Madrid’s last match before the international break.

France leads the fourth group with 9 points from 3 matches, 5 points ahead of second-placed Ukraine, which gives the French team a big advantage at the top of the group before facing Iceland.

This decision was made as part of the French technical system’s desire to protect the player from aggravating the injury and ensure his readiness for the upcoming matches, whether at the level of the European qualifiers or with Real Madrid during domestic competitions.
