The newspaper said that there is a new breathing test for pancreatic cancer, which may cause a “breakthrough” in patient care, and the British Air Agency reported on Wednesday that an experiment is currently being conducted to determine the effectiveness of the first breathing test in the world for this disease, which is known to be difficult to detect in its early stages.
“Management of cancer of the pancreas” in the United Kingdom, which is funding the study, said that the launch of the trial is considered “the main step towards the recovery of the disease, it was the cause of saving souls from 50 years ago”.
It should be noted that the hidden symptoms of the disease, which include symptoms in the back and back, mean that the disease is most likely not detected until it spreads to other parts of the body.
A recent review of pancreatic cancer was conducted in England and Wales, revealing that most pancreatic cancer patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage – 62% of patients in England and 65% of patients in Wales are diagnosed at the fourth stage.
It should be noted that the survival rates of this type of cancer are particularly low, as approximately 22% of those affected in England do not survive for 30 days after diagnosis, compared to 21% of those affected in Wales.
