Al-Muhandis عمر كمال ابو حلاوة, the head of the Water and Wastewater Company in Bāswan, issued instructions to generalize the hotline service to the level of the various branches and geographical sectors of the company in the cities and centers of the governorate.

He emphasized “أبو حلاوة” on the necessity of improving the quality of the process of communication and communication with citizens, ensuring the speed of response to various messages and eliminating any problems or observations related to the service, in order to enhance transparency and positive interaction with citizens’ complaints and suggestions.

This step comes as part of the company’s continuous efforts to develop communication channels and enhance the efficiency of services provided to meet the aspirations of citizens in various parts of the governorate.
