‘The Four Seasons’ Adds Steven Pasquale For Season 2

EXCLUSIVE: We have the first official Season 2 cast addition for Netflix’s comedy-drama The Four Seasons. Steven Pasquale is set to return next season as Mark Brett, a new friend who meets the gang at the Jersey shore during their summer vacation.

The eight-episode Season 1 of The Four Seasons, developed by Tina Fey, Lang Fisher and Tracey Wigfield, was based on the 1981 feature film of the same name directed by and starring Alan Alda.

Season 2 will follow a new story while keeping the same structure, following the group of friends — initially three long-time couples — as they convene once a season over a year for a vacation or weekend trip that spans two episodes each. Pasquale’s arc is believed to extend beyond the summer vacation episodes.

The main cast of The Four Seasons, who are expected to return next season, include Fey as Kate, Will Forte as Jack, Colman Domingo as Danny, Marco Calvani as Claude, Erika Henningsen as Ginny and Kerri Kenney-Silver as Anne.

The Four Seasons is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, with Fey, Fisher, Wigfield, Jeff Richmond, Eric Gurian and 3 Arts’ David Miner executive producing.

Pasquale starred opposite Kerry Washington in the Broadway production of American Sona role he reprized for the Netflix film adaptation. On stage, he will next be seen in High Spirits. On TV, he is known for his roles on FX’s Rescue Me and American Crime Story: The People v. OJ Simpson and CBS’ The Good Wife. Pasquale is repped by Gersh and Brookside Artist Management.
