The Ministry of Health and Population announced that it will provide 25 million and 192 thousand and 22 free medical services, in just 16 days, since the launch of the third version of the “100 Day Health” campaign, which began on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in the framework of the work on improving the health services provided to citizens in various parts of the Republic.
The campaign is carried out in accordance with the instructions of Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghafar, Deputy Prime Minister of Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, and emphasized the importance of strengthening national health initiatives, and activating the role of improving the efficiency of the health system and achieving comprehensive health coverage.
Dr. Hussam Abdul Ghafar, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the campaign provided 717 million and 792 thousand free medical services on Wednesday, pointing out that the campaign provides its services with the participation of 12 different sectors, where each sector had a complementary role in implementing the campaign and achieving its health and development goals, and according to this cooperation, the campaign provided approximately 706 thousand and 531 Service from the basic care sector and family organization.
“Abdel Ghafar” said that the campaign “100 days of health” provided 412 thousand and 55 services in the medical care sector, besides providing 115 thousand and 6 services in the presidential initiative for public health, as well as providing 55 thousand and 25 services in the preventive medicine sector.
“Abdel Ghafar” pointed out that the campaign provided 46,000 and 777 services from the units of the Public Authority for Hospitals and Educational Institutions, while the mental health support initiative “Sahtak Saadea” provided 10,000 and 417 services, and the campaign provided 217,000 and 919 services from the hospitals of the Public Authority for Health Insurance.
“Abdel Ghafar” added that the Ambulance Service provided 6,000 and 372 emergency services, while 112,000 and 284 services were provided from the hospitals of the Specialized Medical Centers, in addition to conducting 2,494 operations on the waiting list, while the Hospitals of the Medical Center provided 22,569 services.
وتعب «عبدالغفار» that the «100 يوم الصحة» campaign provided health education and training services to 85,000 and 268 citizens, through community outreach teams spread in public areas, districts, and shopping malls (almolas) in various provinces, with the aim of raising health awareness and guiding citizens to benefit from the services provided by the campaign, as well as organizing educational events and various awareness activities.
