The Brow Wiz Pencil has two sides — a thin, retractable pencil on one side for filling in any “holes,” and a spoolie on the other for blending the lines. It comes in 12 shades, so chances are high that you can find a next-to-seamless match for your brow color.
A little background on Oprah’s love for this pencil: Back in 1998, Oprah invited celebrity aesthetician and founder of Anastasia Beverly Hills, Anastasia Soare, to her show to shape her brows live on TV. Since then, Oprah’s reportedly used the brand’s Brow Wiz Pencil. Soare suggests using her Golden Ratio Shaping Method and using the pencil to fill in the brows. “Because you’ll be tempted to apply more pressure at first, start at the arch since that area can handle darker, more defined strokes,” Soare told Oprah Daily.
