The artist Tamer Abd al-Moneim, undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and head of the artistic house for popular art and entertainment, said that it was agreed with the artist Al-Qadir Ali Al-Hjar to commemorate the victory of October 6, and on the day of October 6 on the Al-Balon Theater.
