The Prime Minister of the French Republic met with the Prime Minister Nawaf Salam on Thursday, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Lebanon Hirfieh Maghroo.
And look at the latest developments related to the economic reforms in Lebanon, and the financial gap is not legally binding.
During the meeting, Salam confirmed that “the draft law on the financial gap has entered its final stages, and it aims first to protect the rights of the depositors and guarantee their stability and deposits as quickly as possible, and secondly to confirm Lebanon’s commitment to the required reform standards”.
