Shoppers looking to save money as we head towards Christmas are snapping up deals for less than £10 on Wowcher. The deals site specializes in offering experiences, products, and services across the UK and Ireland.
With a huge range of options just released, stand-out deals include two cinema tickets for just over £10, working out at £6 each, plus a mystery box of groceries worth £40 for £3 with an admin fee. For those planning a holiday, there is also a saving on a Priority Pass Airport Lounge membership.
For £2.50 plus an estimated 50p admin fee, the mystery box of groceries worth £40 or moreincludes 20+ assorted items from well-known, trusted household brands. From snacks to drinks, chocolates to cupboard staples, the box includes clearance and near-date products to reduce food waste and help families save money on their food shop.
All of the products may be in, on, or up to three months past their best-before date, but Wowcher says they are still safe and enjoyable to consume. To enjoy the deal, shoppers should buy the Wowcher deal, look out for their code via email, and redeem the code at Bargain Buddy for a 50% discount off a 20-item mystery grocery box.
Commenting under the mystery grocery box offer, one shopper said: “Surprisingly good. Much better than I was expecting with big brand items. Nothing I wouldn’t use or try.”
Alternatively, fruit and veggie lovers can take a look at Oddbox, which delivers mystery boxes of fresh produce to shoppers’ doors. Choose between a Fruit & Veg Box from £11.49, a Veg only box from £11.99, or a Fruit Booster box for £13.49.
Movie fans can grab two adult tickets to a Cineworld screening of their choice for £12, plus an estimated 99p admin fee, saving them 62% off Cineworld’s prices. The deal can be used at 87 locations across the UK for any 2D screening, seven days a week, until October 24.
If cinema-goers would prefer not to go to Cineworld, there are plenty of other brands to choose from – although the Wowcher deal is only valid at Cineworld. Odeon is another popular high street cinema, while those who prefer an arthouse screening to something mainstream could check out what’s on at their local Picturehouse.

It gives shoppers access to 50% off a Standard membership, costing £34, discounted from the original price of £69, or 50% off Standard with two lounge visits included. Wowcher shoppers have left reviews on their experiences. One customer said of the lounge access voucher: “It certainly was a good move purchasing this pass.
“I have now used it on four occasions at three different locations and was very pleased with the experience as it made the airport experience much less stressful by avoiding the crowds using the normal outlets. While a small cost, it’s worth it and certainly will be renewing my membership.”
However, one user highlighted they found the quote confusing: “Haven’t used it yet, but it was quote confusing to order and set up from Wowcher to do the Priority Pass.”
Another happy shopper added: “Having my Priority Pass made my recent stay at Hong Kong airport much more enjoyable, as I was able to use one of the airport lounges to relax during my waiting time of a few hours instead of just wandering around the airport.”
