The photos shared by the 28-year-old young Bulgarian woman on social media caused a wave of comments and questions about how she was able to eat, especially after recently posting a photo of her in a Greek restaurant on Instagram.

Ifanova, a graduate of psychology, spent 32 injections of hyaluronic acid in 2018, spending more than 20,000 pounds (about 25,000 US dollars) on her journey to get what is described as “the biggest mouth in the world”.
İfanofova responded in a gentle and powerful manner to the wave of ridicule and criticism she faces because of her appearance, where she said: “I am an adult human being, and I decide for myself what to do with my body”, in a clear challenge to everyone who doubts her choices.

And when İfanofa says that her friends “accepted the new look, she was afraid of it”, and the reaction of her family was different: “Waldai wajdi say, “The lips are huge, and I never hide them.”
And about her experience in public places, she says: “When I’m on the street, people stare at us, and some of them comment with a loud voice, while others ask to take pictures with us.”
