Hesham Talaat Moustafa, the CEO of the Talaat Moustafa Group, revealed in media statements that near the opening of the Al-Masry Al-Kabir Museum, they started three months ago to build a huge hotel with the sign “Force Zone” next to the Al-Masry Al-Kabir Museum, which is expected to open after 3 years.

He pointed out that the average nightly hotel prices rose in Cairo and Aswan to the standard levels above 1000 dollars at the same time as the opening of the Great Egyptian Museum.

He added that hotel occupancy in Sharm el-Sheikh rose to 85% and prices doubled four times after the peace conference was held in the city.
