Arab Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafaïel Mariano Jarosi, on Monday, on the appreciation of the clear Egyptian role in the attempt to settle the Iranian nuclear file.
Jrousi said during a press conference with the Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abd al-Aati in Cairo today, that the International Atomic Energy Agency is working to ensure any agreement on the Iranian nuclear file.
He added: “When it comes to the nuclear file, everything must be in peace”, expressing his support for the efforts of the American Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Wittkov, in the Iranian nuclear file.
He explained that Egypt enters a new chapter in the nuclear energy file, revealing the great cooperation between Egypt and the International Atomic Energy Agency in the nuclear energy file.
In turn, the Egyptian foreign minister confirmed the support of the Islamic government for the Iranian nuclear file.
عبد العاطي, during the press conference, said: “We discussed the negotiations between Tehran and Washington around the Iranian nuclear weapon”, confirming that the military escalation does not serve the goals of stability in the region.

He explained that the nuclear project is the main pillar of Egypt to diversify its energy sources, confirming the support of the initiatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency regarding nuclear applications.
