


As part of the efforts of the Egyptian state to develop means of communication between citizens and the government, and to facilitate the presentation of complaints and proposals in a modern and fast manner, the Unified Governmental Complaints System was established as the main tool for receiving, examining and directing complaints to the competent authorities, which guarantees an active response to citizens’ demands, without burdening them with the burden of moving or being exposed to administrative complications.

The Prime Minister’s Decree No. 314 of 2017 was issued to establish this system as an official and effective communication channel between citizens and various state institutions, as was the Prime Minister’s Decree No. 1855 of 2017 to reorganize citizens’ service offices and their links to the system, to form an integrated system for providing services and solving problems from sources.
