There’s nothing that gets people emotional like a wedding. That moment when you see a happy couple look into each other’s eyes before they vow to spend the rest of their lives together.
But one wedding recently went viral as a groom was stunned by a sweet message he got from his daughter. While waiting for his bride to make her grand entrance – at Hawkstone Hall in Shropshire – an unexpected voice message from his daughter was played.
The amazing moment left the groom and guests in tears and video clip of the moment, captured by JOL videography, has gone viral – raking in more than 83 million views on TikTok.
Sweet little Evie says: “Hello daddy, it’s me, Evie. I’m walking down the aisle and will see you now because you’re going to marry my mummy and she looks beautiful like me. We love you so, so much to the moon and back. And we love you lots and lots like Jelly Tots.”

The crowd then laughs as the cute girl says: “See you in a minute. See ya don’t want to be ya. See you later, alligator.” Meanwhile, the groom looked both heart-warmed and emotional as the voice clip ended.
Thankfully, one of his groomsmen was on hand to pass him a handkerchief! And people were equally as moved by the sweet moment.
Rushing to comment on TikTok, one individual said: “Cutest thing I’ve ever heard.” Another said: “I just want to see this daddy see beautiful Evie when she starts down the aisle.”
“This sounds straight from a movie scene,” said another. One other touched by the clip said: “Please play this at her wedding before you leave a message to her about walking her down the isle… I cannot handle this.”
Others said that they would describe the groom’s life as “rich” because of his wonderful daughter and partner. “That was the sweetest little voice ever – crying,” wrote another.
The family wrote on the clip via their page @numberninerenovationand said: “Thank you so much for capturing our beautiful moment Owen!! We can’t thank & recommend you enough! You’re truly incredible!”
