Limited Run of No Comply x New Balance Numeric 480 Hitting Select Shops Now

The No-Comply x New Balance Numeric 480 landed in-store on October 25th and the crew dropped a ripping edit to go along with it.

Although the shoe was exclusive to No-Comply and its site for the past week or so, it’s now popping up at a handful of skateshops around the world. Selling another shop’s collab shoe at your own shop is pretty much the coolest thing ever. Just another reason why skateboarding absolutely rules.

Get a closer look at the kicks below, and settle in for the backstory behind the design. It’s cool.

As mentioned, the colorway itself actually has a really cool story behind it. The attention to detail is seriously something to admire. From No-Comply:

“We are proud to announce our first-ever collaboration with New Balance Numeric— the NM480, re-mixed in a design that pays tribute to the space we call home. The green leather upper mirrors the exact shade of our shop walls. Gold stitching pays tribute to the warm-toned wood that makes up our renowned board wall and lines the interior, the color of the sole echoes the steel framework that supports the space, and the NB Numeric logo on the tongue matches the color of our shop floors, tying the whole colorway back to the physical location. The insole features original artwork by Josh & Metaken directly from the art that adorns our fitting room walls.
