The investigation showed that the couple was deprived of the victim’s money and rights from social security, and the authorities charged them with kidnapping with torture or acts of violence, which could lead to life imprisonment, as well as charges of exploiting the vulnerability of a person at risk and inflicting physical and bodily harm.
