It is worth noting that the visit comes in the context of constant communication and continuous meetings with the Russian side in the framework of cooperation and strategic partnership between the two countries, and in the context of the Al-Masry Al-Salmy electricity generation program as well as training programs for the Egyptian team involved in the Dhaba nuclear power generation project, and other technical and technical issues in light of the commitment to the timetable for the start of operation at the Dhaba nuclear plant.
