The previous flight attendant, accused of murdering her daughter in her apartment in the fifth settlement area, arrived at the court to attend the first hearings of her appeal against the judgment of her conviction, after setting the hearing for March 23 to hear the case.

And the court issued its verdict based on extensive investigations, during which it confirmed that the accused, who is Tunisian and is called “Amirah”, used to work as a flight attendant before going to the energy and spiritual healing center.

The investigation revealed that the accused husband, who is an Egyptian engineer, confirmed that she believed in radical spiritual beliefs inspired by teachers in several countries, including Italy, and developed those ideas until she claimed to receive messages and instructions from heaven to end her daughter’s life.

And according to the investigation, the crime was discovered after receiving a report from the administrative security of Rahab, who observed a person carrying a child stained with water at the bottom of the property and in front of the accused, who admitted that she received “commands from above” to carry out the crime, and claimed to have seen the Prophet in awakening, claiming that she is the Virgin Mary and responsible for helping people through spiritual healing.

Accordingly, the court decided to commit the accused to one of the mental health sessions for 30 days, with the assignment of a specialized medical committee including psychiatric experts to examine her mental and psychological state, and to submit a report later to the court to determine her criminal responsibility for the crime.
