The Turkish city of İzmir witnessed a serious accident that caused widespread shock, after the release of a video clip on social networking sites showing the discovery of a young man’s body hanging by a rope in a public park, which prompted the authorities to open an urgent investigation to find out the circumstances of the accident.
The newspaper “Haberler” reported that the incident took place in the area of Bornova, Kojok Bark, where the young man was found inside a park reserved for children, in Mashhad, causing alarm among the residents who rushed to inform the police.
And immediately, the security team arrived at the site and the security team was deployed around the park, while the criminal evidence team started working.

The security team is currently working on reviewing the recordings of the surveillance cameras surrounding the park and collecting witness statements.
The incident caused a wave of discussion on social media, as many users expressed their doubts about the suicide hypothesis, pointing out that the young man’s feet were touching the ground, which they did not consider evidence of the possibility of his committing the crime of murder, while asking others to wait for the results of the investigation and not to be hasty in issuing judgments.
The Turkish police confirmed that the investigation is still ongoing from all aspects, and that all technical and material evidence is subject to careful examination to determine whether the incident was a suicide or a premeditated crime.
