The Russian President “Al-Karmlin” revealed that the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, will hold talks with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Yum Al-Khamis, in the Russian capital, Moscow.
And the Kremlin – the official of the Russian agency “TAS” – announced that “it is planned to discuss the urgent issues of Russian-Qatari cooperation in various fields with a focus on the commercial, economic and humanitarian fields, in addition to a number of key issues on the international agenda”.
And the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, issued a decree establishing the body of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs to supervise the affairs of citizens and register foreigners.
The Russian newspaper “Moscow Times” reported that immigration affairs in Russia were formerly the responsibility of the independent federal immigration authority, but Putin decided in 2016 to merge them into the Ministry of the Interior under the title “General Administration of Immigration Affairs”.
