Dear Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, President of the General Authority for Health Care, and Engineer Ghada Libib, Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Institutional Development, 32 executive leaders and staff of the Authority’s headquarters and branches in the governorates of Port Said, Ismailia, and Switzerland, to obtain certified certificates from the International Institute for Project Management in Project Management (PMP, PMD) and the application of agile methodologies (Agile) in health care.
This award comes within the framework of the strategic partnership between the General Authority for Health Care and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, according to the protocol established between the two sides, which aims to support the institutional digital transformation, and enhance the efficiency of performance within the health care system, in accordance with the state strategy for digital institutional development in various sectors.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki confirmed that the qualification of the organization’s staff with international certifications in project management and the application of flexible methodologies enhances operational efficiency, improves the quality of health services, and raises the organization’s readiness for digital transformation according to the latest international standards, as he praised the effective partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in the implementation of training programs, which contribute to building specialized staff capable of leading institutional and digital development operations within the organization.

Dr. Al-Sabki added, that the organization continues to invest in human resources, through providing the latest nationally approved training programs, to ensure the efficiency of the institutional work and to strengthen the sustainability of the development within the organization, in line with the vision of the Egyptian state in building an advanced digital health sector, in line with the latest international standards.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki pointed out that cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology represents a key pillar in the development of digital solutions and strengthening the authority’s capabilities, as the authority works to expand the use of artificial intelligence techniques in the analysis of health data, establish a specialized digital research unit, and train specialized staff in the analysis of health data, in addition to promoting the use of enterprise resource management (ERP) systems, which contribute to improving the work environment and increasing the efficiency of health services provided to citizens.
On her part, Engineer Ghada Labib, Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology praised the efforts of the Public Health Care Authority in providing health services using the latest technological solutions, confirming that the authority is a leading model in the digital transformation within the health sector, where it always seeks to apply the latest technological systems to ensure the provision of advanced and integrated health services to citizens, in accordance with the highest international standards.
Engineer Ghada Libib added that empowering the staff of the Health Care Authority with advanced skills in project management and applying modern methodologies contributes to accelerating the pace of development within the health sector, and supports the achievement of the state’s vision of digital transformation, and ensures the provision of more efficient and innovative health services, confirming the continuation of joint cooperation between the Ministry and the Authority in supporting digital transformation projects and promoting the digital institutional development of the various departments of the Authority and its branches and health facilities.
The honor was presented on behalf of the General Authority for Health Care, including: Dr. Hani Rashid, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Dib, General Manager of the General Administration for Strategic Management, and on behalf of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology: Dr. Momin Al-Ashmawi, Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Institutional Development.
