The Ministry of Health and Population announced that it will provide 23 million, 504,000 and 636 free medical services during the five-day period, since the launch of the third edition of the “100 Day Health” campaign, which began on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in the framework of the improvement of health services provided to citizens in various parts of the Republic.
The campaign comes in implementation of the instructions of Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghafar, Deputy Prime Minister of Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, and emphasizes the importance of promoting national health initiatives, and their role in improving the efficiency of the health system and achieving comprehensive health coverage.
Dr. Hussam Abdul Ghafar, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the campaign provided 4 million and 145 thousand and 555 free medical services on the 28th and 29th of this month, noting that the campaign provides its services with the participation of 12 different sectors, where each sector had a complementary role in implementing the campaign and achieving its health and development goals, and according to this cooperation, the campaign provided about 1 million و912 الفً و328 خشبة من ثلاث قصر الشعراء وتوصيل العدسة.
“Abdel Ghafar” said that the campaign “100 days of health” provided 827 thousand and 792 services in the field of medical care, in addition to providing 236 thousand and 416 services in the presidential initiative for public health, as well as providing 185 thousand and 673 services in the preventive medicine sector.
“Abdel Ghafar” pointed out that the campaign provided 87,000 and 491 services from the units of the General Authority for Hospitals and Educational Institutions, while the mental health support initiative “Sahtek Saadea” provided 13,000 and 928 services, and the campaign provided 463,000 and 502 services from the hospitals of the General Authority for Health Insurance.
“Abdel Ghafar” added that the Ambulance Service provided 13,000 and 29 emergency services, while 197,000 and 262 services were provided by the specialized medical centers, and the specialized medical councils issued 38,858 treatment decisions at the expense of the state, while the hospitals provided 11,000 and 5 services.
وتعب «عبدالغفار» that the «100 يوم الصحة» campaign provided health education and training services to 158 thousand and 271 citizens, through community communication teams spread in public areas, districts, and shopping malls (almolat) in various governorates, with the aim of raising health awareness and guiding citizens to benefit from the services provided by the campaign, in addition to organizing educational events and various awareness activities.
