The Kuwaiti artist Noor Al-Ghandour is going through a new experience in her artistic career, as she prepares for her first starring role in an Egyptian drama series called “8 Shots”.
The series is scheduled to be broadcast during the Ramadan season of 2026, after the series of successes in the Gulf drama during the past years.

ويشارك المخرج محمد سامي في المسلسل ممثلاً، إلى جانب إشرافه على الإخراج العام للعمل، على أن يتم لاحقًا اختيار المخرج التنفيذي الذي سيتولى إدارة عملية التصوير اليومية.
The series is produced by the Yanghu Play platform in cooperation with the İghl Films company for the producer Jamal Sinan, and it consists of only 15 episodes, as part of the production plan of short dramatic works based on the fast pace and the intensity of the events.
“8 Talqat” is a new artistic milestone in the path of Noor Al-Ghandour after her success in a number of Arabic works, the last one was during the season of Ramadan 2024 in the series “One Woman is Not Enough”, where the character “Zeina”, the daughter of “Hila” played by the artist Heda Hussain, is an intelligent and strong young woman who persistently strives to achieve her goals without paying attention to what is around her.
During the past hours, Noor shared a group of photos using the “Storey” feature on her account on Instagram, where she featured the product trailer Jamal Sinan, and captioned it with a short phrase: “coming soon”, referring to the new project that is currently being prepared.
As Sinan announced the collaboration with Noor last September, when he published a photo of his collection on his Instagram account, he wrote: “Preparations are on the way and the series is a huge drama for the season of Ramadan 2026, starring the beautiful star Noor Al-Ghandour. The preparations are complete, and the preparations have begun, and almost all the details.”
