On his side, Karim Hassan Shahata said in a televised statement that his father felt some health problems during the past days, so he did not need to be taken to the hospital to receive the necessary care, stating that he is scheduled to undergo a minor surgery in approximately two weeks.
He expressed sincere thanks to the medical team in charge of his father’s condition, appreciating the great efforts made by the doctors, led by Mamdouh Abbas and his wife, Ayman Mamdouh Abbas, for their constant follow-up and constant attention to his mother’s health.
