The Ministry of Health and Population announced that it will provide 26 million and 742 thousand and 178 free medical services, in just 17 days, since the third edition of the campaign “100 Days of Health”, which began on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, as part of the work to improve the health services provided to citizens in various parts of the Republic.
The campaign is carried out in accordance with the instructions of Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghafar, Deputy Prime Minister of Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, and emphasized the importance of strengthening national health initiatives, and activating the role of improving the efficiency of the health system and achieving comprehensive health coverage.
Dr. Hussam Abdul Ghafar, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the campaign provided 550,000 and 156 million free medical services on Thursday, pointing out that the campaign provides services with the participation of 12 different sectors, where each sector had a complementary role in implementing the campaign and achieving its health and development goals, and according to this cooperation, the campaign provided approximately 563,000 و664 خشبة من ثلاث سكتور استقلام والإسلامة
“Abdel Ghafar” said that the campaign “100 days of health” provided 398 thousand and 509 services in the medical care sector, in addition to providing 109 thousand and 183 services in the presidential initiatives for public health, as well as providing 41 thousand and 106 services in the preventive medicine sector.
“Abdel Ghafar” pointed out that the campaign provided 44 thousand and 500 services through the units of the Public Authority for Hospitals and Educational Institutions, while the mental health support initiative “Sahtak Saadea” provided 10 thousand and 964 services, and the campaign provided 182 thousand and 644 services through the hospitals of the Public Authority for Health Insurance.
“Abdel Ghafar” added that the Ambulance Service provided 6,300 emergency services, while 97,41 services were provided from the hospitals of the specialized medical centers, in addition to conducting 2,519 operations on the waiting list, while the hospital provided 11,119 services.
وتعب «عبدالغفار» that the «100 يوم الصحة» campaign provided health education and training services to 82,000 and 607 citizens, through the community communication team spread in public areas, districts, and shopping centers (almolas) in various governorates, with the aim of raising health awareness and guiding citizens to benefit from the services provided by the campaign, as well as organizing educational events and various awareness activities.
