“التلميذ آكل الحوم البشر”.. ماذا قلة الصحف الفرقة عن جريمة تفل الإسماعيلية?

The case of a student in Egypt received a lot of attention in the foreign media, after reports revealed the details of a crime committed by a 13-year-old child, because he lost his seat in the school and cut off his body using an electric saw, but admitted that he had eaten part of his body with “al-Fazul”.

The British newspaper “The Sun” published an extensive report on the incident, describing the accused as “the flesh of the flesh”, explaining that the criminal brought his coffin to his family’s home in Ismailia province, beat him with a wooden stick until he died, then used an electric saw to cut the corpse into small pieces and put some of them in his school bag.

The report added that the security forces found parts of the body near the commercial center, and other parts under one roof and in an empty area.

As the newspaper pointed out, the investigation showed that the child tried to imitate the scenes of violence witnessed in electronic games and movies, and insisted that he wanted to “experience what he saw on the screen”.

Other foreign media reported that the case caused widespread shock inside Egypt and abroad, and described it as “one of the worst crimes committed by minors”, indicating that the Egyptian authorities decided to imprison the accused and subject him to a thorough psychological examination, as well as the analysis of medical samples and DNA comparison with the victim.

The reports explained that thousands of residents participated in the burial of the victim’s body in Ismailia, amid a state of grief and public anger, while the public prosecutor stressed the need to review violent content that children can view online.
