While Bleach has had the opportunity to thrive at its Hulu streaming home, other streaming giants will soon sport the series once more. In addition to the Hulu phaseout moving the anime to Disney+, Crunchyroll has multiple plans for the Shonen Jump classic. Crunchyroll has a new Bleach game on the way, with plans to release it later in 2025.
Confirmed via press release by Crunchyroll and A PLUS JAPAN, fans will soon be able to play BLEACH: Soul Resonance, the new action-RPG allowing a playable anime series experience on mobile. The game’s pre-registration for iOS and Android is available now, with plans for release later this year. To celebrate the occasion, Bleach has also joined Crunchyroll manga’s library today.
Bleach Returns to Crunchyroll With Manga and a New Adaptation
BLEACH: Soul Resonance is set for release later in 2025, with promises of an immersive story and innovative blade-clashing gameplay. Promoted as a next-gen anime action-RPG, the game allows players to guide their Zanpakuto seamlessly for intense combat and precise strikes. With an 80-draw guarantee, players will be able to build a roster of their favorite characters, too.
The game will have an exciting array of characters available upon launch, hailing from Karakura Town, the Gotei 13 aka 13 Court Guard Squads, and other corners of the Soul Society. With the intricate gameplay included, fans will have the blades of their favorites at their fingertips, with plenty more to come. The initial wave of characters includes:

Alongside the web version of Crunchyroll Manga launching today, Bleach’s manga will be available for subscribers to read on-demand.
