The staging here does little to inspire confidence, but this 700-square-foot studio is doing a lot with the space and includes a little alcove for your bed, a nice to see the Living room. But the reason we’re here: Fancy Roof-Deck Pool with a grill.

This co-op in sunnyside towers Needs some… sprusing up, but it is a corner unit with hardwood floors and laundry in the building. The monthlies are doable at $ 894, and it comes with a heated outdoor pool that look sizable and quote, a reminder that a pool doesn’t have to be luxe to be enjoyable.

Do Little Souleless? Yes, but you can warm it up with your good taste. The Location is great, and there’s a nice open layout with a balcony off the Living Room. What it lacks in charm it make up in nice appliances (a summit fridge and lg washer/dryer). The seller has aggreed to pay the $ 217 Assessment per month for a year. And, of Course, a Rooftop Pool.

This Two-BEDROM is also a corner unit and comes with a private terrace off the living room and a big chef’s kitchen that has a ton of nice cabinery if that your thing. I Feel like this vibe of apartment is dying out. Why! The Bathrooms Could Definitely use a Refresh, but there are 1.5 of say, which is more than we can say of these lisings. The Building Has a full-Size Pool Surrounded by GreENery. You will be Living the Express Bus Life, but the rest of the time you will be happy Toweling off in your Warm Wooden Galley and Taking in All Those Treatops.
