This co-op in forest hills GARDENS IS LIKE LIVING IN A SMALL TUDOR Village in the middle of the city. While the enclave is known for it stand-alone tudor mansions, there’s not much inventory available and this is one of the nicer units available in the area. We love the Sunnah Living Room With A Working Fireplace and the Two Walls of Casent Windows Overlooking the Great. The Kitchen Could Use Some Updating, You’ll have to be Creative with the Unique Layout, and the Unit is priced a bit higher than some of the one-bedrooms in forest hills, but it is a small price to pay you’re in the english Countryside. The Spacious, Grassy Yard and Shared Terrace Spaces are essentally appealing. It ‘s little far out, but right off multiple subway lines and the lirr.
